The worst customer service I have ever had They messed up my order and I had to continually send emails (often without receiving a response). They did not care about helping me until I posted a public review and then they just cancelled my order instead of actually fixing it. I now dislike this company so much I don’t even want to use any of the towels I have purchased. I posted a review on trust pilot, and when they saw it they sent me a message asking what they could do to help, I reply and then still don’t receive a response for days. It’s the most frustrating experience.

Soft and repels sand like no other We have previously used the big xl towels/blankets for beach days and laying in the yard. Recently bought a few themed towels for our family florida vacation. These products are amazing. Sand shakes out so well, they dry soon much faster, and the more you wash, the softer they feel.

Updated Review - A Happy Resolution I was a loyal customer and a big fan, and recently ordered over $300 worth of goods. One item, a party blanket, arrived damaged - it had a snag and hole in it. No big deal I thought, I’ll just send it back for a like-for-like exchange. Tried to do this through their website, and to exchange it for the same product they wanted me to pay them an additional $40. I contact customer service, because I figure this can’t be right, I just want what I paid for. They tell me I shouldn’t have to pay more and ask me to send them screen shots of it showing that I need to. I send the images as requested and apparently, because the item is not on sale anymore, if I want an undamaged one I have to pay more to exchange it. I’m sorry, but I’m not willing to pay a premium for your failure to deliver an undamaged product at the time it was ordered. Horrible customer service! Update: after much back and forth with different customer service people, my faith in Sand Cloud and common sense has been restored! They are going to send me a replacement item at no additional charge and have told me to keep the damaged item, despite me being happy to still return it. Shout out to Victor for his help 👍🏼

Bellissima There has never been a more perfect towel/blanket and dare I admit to say SCARF company out there besides the Fabulous SAND CLOUD. I have lost count at this point as to how many “towels” I have purchased this year. I’m sure my husband can tell you just how obsessed I am I wear the regular size towels as scarves on cool chilly beach days and NY days nights. More people get to see them this way and I get to brag about them. The larger towels right up to the blanket size are wonderful decor accessories for bedding, sofas, and more. But never the BEACH they are truly a godsend for the beach asa towel, blanket and beautiful coverup. Adore Sand Cloud buy as much as you can. Quickly
