GBI wanted to upgrade my hair towels from… I wanted to upgrade my hair towels from the usual microfiber fabric. I hated how every fiber stuck to them and they always smelled funky. I bought 4 new SandCloud hair towels and a pack of kitchen towels. My daughters and I LOVE our hair towels! The are large enough for long hair and do an excellent job drying our hair. Plus they’re real cotton! The kitchen towels are even better… after the first wash or two they come out soooo soft and fluffy! They look amazing too! I can’t wait to upgrade all the towels in my home to SandCloud towels

MXService need improving The towels are nice, but the experience buying on your site was not very good. It is difficult to navigate, hard to understand the sizes of the towels and I was never able to contact customer support. My towels were sent to Mexico via post. That is terrible service and takes a very long time. You should use courrier for international shipping. Otherwise it is a real pain to buy from you.

GBUpdated Review - A Happy Resolution I was a loyal customer and a big fan, and recently ordered over $300 worth of goods. One item, a party blanket, arrived damaged - it had a snag and hole in it. No big deal I thought, I’ll just send it back for a like-for-like exchange. Tried to do this through their website, and to exchange it for the same product they wanted me to pay them an additional $40. I contact customer service, because I figure this can’t be right, I just want what I paid for. They tell me I shouldn’t have to pay more and ask me to send them screen shots of it showing that I need to. I send the images as requested and apparently, because the item is not on sale anymore, if I want an undamaged one I have to pay more to exchange it. I’m sorry, but I’m not willing to pay a premium for your failure to deliver an undamaged product at the time it was ordered. Horrible customer service! Update: after much back and forth with different customer service people, my faith in Sand Cloud and common sense has been restored! They are going to send me a replacement item at no additional charge and have told me to keep the damaged item, despite me being happy to still return it. Shout out to Victor for his help 👍🏼

GBSimple and plain towels Simple and plain towels. Not worth the high price tag. Edit: They read my review and reached out to me which I feel is excellent customer care and service. Glad to see a company that is personally contacting customers to improve their products and services. I feel like my opinions mattered to them and they value customer feedback.
