I got the mystery bundle and received beach towels sadly I got the mystery bundle and received beach towels. If the description had said "you might receive beach towels" I would not have gotten it. There was also a separate mystery bundle that had beach towels so I assumed (incorrectly) that I was safe. Their beach towels are very thin and more like a scarf in thickness. They aren't meant to dry you off after a shower so I would not recommend this option unless you are happy to get beach towels.

Soft and repels sand like no other We have previously used the big xl towels/blankets for beach days and laying in the yard. Recently bought a few themed towels for our family florida vacation. These products are amazing. Sand shakes out so well, they dry soon much faster, and the more you wash, the softer they feel.

Updated Review - A Happy Resolution I was a loyal customer and a big fan, and recently ordered over $300 worth of goods. One item, a party blanket, arrived damaged - it had a snag and hole in it. No big deal I thought, I’ll just send it back for a like-for-like exchange. Tried to do this through their website, and to exchange it for the same product they wanted me to pay them an additional $40. I contact customer service, because I figure this can’t be right, I just want what I paid for. They tell me I shouldn’t have to pay more and ask me to send them screen shots of it showing that I need to. I send the images as requested and apparently, because the item is not on sale anymore, if I want an undamaged one I have to pay more to exchange it. I’m sorry, but I’m not willing to pay a premium for your failure to deliver an undamaged product at the time it was ordered. Horrible customer service! Update: after much back and forth with different customer service people, my faith in Sand Cloud and common sense has been restored! They are going to send me a replacement item at no additional charge and have told me to keep the damaged item, despite me being happy to still return it. Shout out to Victor for his help 👍🏼

Fast The order came super quick. It was a gift so I super appreciated that. I like the designs I got as well. It's been raining so much we haven't had a chance to use them but we are excited to try them.

24 hours hanging on a hook or a bar… 24 hours hanging on a hook or a bar next to an open window in 70 degree weather with no humidity and they still don’t dry. They are very good looking towels and very absorbent; they just take longer to dry than most others. Updated 7/26 - What I am not disappointed with is Sand Cloud's customer service. They are an excellent company to do business with. They reached out to me right away and I just ordered a different set of towels which I am really looking forward to using. Thank you Sand Cloud, for turning this experience around
