Glad to see a company that is personally contacting customers to improve their products and services. I feel like my opinions mattered to them and they value customer feedback.

CAThe worst customer service I have ever had They messed up my order and I had to continually send emails (often without receiving a response). They did not care about helping me until I posted a public review and then they just cancelled my order instead of actually fixing it. I now dislike this company so much I don’t even want to use any of the towels I have purchased. I posted a review on trust pilot, and when they saw it they sent me a message asking what they could do to help, I reply and then still don’t receive a response for days. It’s the most frustrating experience.

GBDon't let the thickness fool you I got a bundle of brightly striped beach towels to use when we get out of our pool, and when they arrived, was very surprised by how thin they are. I was skeptical, but don't let it deter you -- they absorbs water better than a plush terry towel, AND they dry in no time which means no musty towel odor. I have been using ONLY white towels for years so I can bleach them to make sure when I get out of the shower I don't stick my face in a towel that smells like the bottom of a hamper, but these towels may convince me to go for colors in my bath towels too. Bonus is that they are dedicated to protecting marine life!

GBSand Cloud is THE best! Everything about ordering from Sand Cloud is great. Forever will be a customer! I have only ever ordered beach towels and I LOVE them! I want to order different things but just can’t yet. I have always had my eye on a big party blanket 👀 Anyways, i love the back story of this company and where the money goes. I am obsessed with disney and love their collabs with them!

GBUpdated Review - A Happy Resolution I was a loyal customer and a big fan, and recently ordered over $300 worth of goods. One item, a party blanket, arrived damaged - it had a snag and hole in it. No big deal I thought, I’ll just send it back for a like-for-like exchange. Tried to do this through their website, and to exchange it for the same product they wanted me to pay them an additional $40. I contact customer service, because I figure this can’t be right, I just want what I paid for. They tell me I shouldn’t have to pay more and ask me to send them screen shots of it showing that I need to. I send the images as requested and apparently, because the item is not on sale anymore, if I want an undamaged one I have to pay more to exchange it. I’m sorry, but I’m not willing to pay a premium for your failure to deliver an undamaged product at the time it was ordered. Horrible customer service! Update: after much back and forth with different customer service people, my faith in Sand Cloud and common sense has been restored! They are going to send me a replacement item at no additional charge and have told me to keep the damaged item, despite me being happy to still return it. Shout out to Victor for his help 👍🏼
