Even though I ordered with the fastest shipping, they refunded the shipping fee, sent it express anyways and let me know that they were having difficulties with FedEx/UPS right away. Cute but broken My jewelry was shipped quickly, but the necklace arrived completely tangled and one earring broke immediately. I didn’t even get a chance to wear them before it snapped in my hand.
