Disappointed I can not coment on the products as I never received them. The custumer service is amazing. But doesn't change the fact that my PAID order was never even prepared or sent and they never realized there was a problem until i contacted them. By that time the items i purchased were out of stock so i couldn't even get them. I was really excited so i'm kindda disappointed. (they did offered to choose replacements from the site)

But,I had to pay taxes, even though it is specified that we " should not be required to make any further payments in relation to import VAT and duties of any kind at the point of importation of your order into the EU." As soon as I signaled this problem, the team answered me very quickly and refund me. A very good customer service and the jewerly is beyond reproach.
