Amazing! My Boyfriend loved the cuban link chain and bracelet I bought him. Best anniversary gift so far. I was amazed at how beautiful the quality was and the craftsmanship. Definitely will consider Jaxxon in the future for more gifts.

Excellent customer service I bought a Cuban link chain back in 2021 and wore it everyday since. Yesterday, the spring on the clasp broke and I reached out to inquire about possibly buying a new clasp. The representative, Lhyza, instead offered for me to return my chain and I would be given a gift card for the amount I paid for it so I could buy a brand new one. I was not expecting this at all, but it made for an AWESOME experience. I was already a fan of JAXXON, but they’ve officially earned me as a customer for life.

If I could rate negative stars that… If I could rate negative stars that would be accurate. From the time I placed my order it has been a constant delays and problems. It is so difficult to get a direct answer. It is also difficult to track your package. $34 dollar shipping and it takes weeks Jaxxon tells us. Still yet to see my order. Extremely disappointment!!!
