positive experience The chain arrived on time. Very pleased with purchase. One issue I did come across. I was trying to put the chain on by myself, I live alone, and I was having great difficulty in keeping the clasp open and trying to get the ring over it. My fingers kept getting in the way. I eventually got it hooked, and it looks great.

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with a bracelet I purchased over a year ago and even though my warranty had expired they still did what they could to fix my issue! Exceptional customer service and rapid responses! Excellent experience!

No warranty!!? Gold rubbed off!!? This was my third purchase with JAXXON. I purchased a braided bracelet which initially I really loved, it had a faulty clasp when it was delivered so I had to get it swapped out with a new one which was really no issue. It’s been about 8 months now and the gold has completely rubbed off, it now looks like a silver bracelet. I talked to a chat specialist to see about having it replaced and they told me that JAXXON has absolutely no warranty on their products which is a complete disaster in my opinion and something that would stop me from ever wanting to make another purchase or recommend this company to anyone. Jewelry should be an investment but now I see that I made a mistake with my brand choice as they cannot last even a year without being completely worn out with use.

Great experience I initially had a terrible experience with no help or resolution. However April reached out to me to find a resolution to my issue and address the problem. April was a big help and actually cared and listened to my concerns.

If I could rate negative stars that… If I could rate negative stars that would be accurate. From the time I placed my order it has been a constant delays and problems. It is so difficult to get a direct answer. It is also difficult to track your package. $34 dollar shipping and it takes weeks Jaxxon tells us. Still yet to see my order. Extremely disappointment!!!
