Love shopping here I have made two purchases from Sign of the Times. Their descriptions of the products are really detailed and accurate. Customer service is great. The ONLY reason they don’t get five stars is the cost of shipping is high. When you are spending hundreds and more I would expect free postage.

Shocking returns process. Still awaiting a refund 5 weeks later. Their products are excellent until you need to return in accordance with their T&Cs. I am still waiting a refund 4 5 weeks on from a tracked return. My bank has had to intervene with the company. This undermines consumer confidence in what should be a high class operation. Particularly irritating when you can see the dress you returned for sale again with them….I will no longer purchase from SOTT which is really sad as I think they have some excellent stock.

I bought two products initially I bought two products initially, which were both of exceptional quality and I adore my burgundy Miu Miu bag. I subsequent bought another bag which had a mark on it which wasn’t visible on the pictures. But returning the item was easy, the staff were very apologetic and offered to pay for the bag to be cleaned. I will be using as this as my go to second hand site from now on!
