The umbrella I bought from you was not for my own use, but a gift for my friend's daughter, so I don't know how well it works. All I can say is that it was definitely light and handy. It would be better if the recipient of the gift could enjoy exactly the same after-sales service as the person who bought it from your official website.

The product is good, but it takes time to replace and it is a lot of work for the user. I think that sales in Japan use logistics, but I feel that pre-shipment inspections should be carried out.

Very well constructed umbrella Very well constructed umbrella, normally when it is windy other umbrellas flip over. First umbrella i have that doesn’t do it.

For gift. It would be better if you could gift wrapping with paper and ribbon. The product is very cool and we like it !
