I literally took the backpack I ordered out of the bag to confirm if my laptop fit, it did not. I sent the requested pictures and Woosir claims I cannot return the bag. So now I’m stuck with a bag I don’t want.

Successfully received! I imagined that it would take a while to receive the backpack, however, I received it in considerable time. The backpack is very spacious and made of very resistant material, in addition to being coated inside, it will last for years. I'm grateful!

Not the greatest communication from the… Not the greatest communication from the seller about shipping time but I did get the bag. Nothing really wrong with the bag itself. I wish it had a handle on the top but I can add one later. Also not sure if I got the color I ordered. I ordered a navy color but the color I got was more gray than blue. These ship from china so be mindful of that if you order a bag.
