The best toiletry bag!! I bought three, yes 3, toiletry bags and returned 2. The one I got from Bagsmart is EXACTLY what I wanted. All the pockets have clear covers so you can see what's inside without unzipping. You can hang it in the bathroom and see everything you have in one glance. It seems well-made and like it will last a long time. Also, I got personal customer service when I had to have my order sent ASAP! That's something you don't get often!!

Fradulent Fradulent. My order number does not exist and the tracking number was for Deutsche Post, even though I purchased in Australia. Response to my email enquiring about shipping discrepancy was automated and referred to me wanting to return a bag! Do not purchase from this website.

The item is extremely poor quality and… I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Had an issue with FedEx delivery but… Had an issue with FedEx delivery but was able to resolve quickly. This had nothing to do with Bagsmart. I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.
