Avoid this company Avoid this company! Like many of the reviews on here, this company is a shambles! Misleading, using images that do not belong to their actually items. The material is absolutely awful. The items that they are charging make sense if they are linen material but having received my order I knew before taking them out of the bag there was no linen used at all. One of the items a long shirt looks hideous, completely different colour, the shape is completely wrong and the material is the cheapest they could find! I’m trying to return all the items purchased and get the repeated e mail response back from Elena asking me why I’m returning the items. Whatever you do, do not buy from this company! How they can operate is beyond me. Doesn’t deserve one star!

Never buy in this website First of all, it took them more than 3 weeks to delivery my package, when it the website it says 2 weeks. They are very bad at replying to all the emails. When I emailed them to know where my package was Elena ignored my email. Avoid avoid this page. This should not be allowed. Since when are we not allowed go return our items when the product has nothing to do with the picture? They are made out of very bad materials. I am trying to return my items and Elena is making it impossible.

absolutely terrible! absolutely terrible!! ordered a sleepwear set on april 15th, delivery to australia states 6-10 business days for standard delivery. I emailed on april 26th as i could see they hadn’t even been shipped out they stated their team were on a “much needed team building trip” and my order would be shipped that day. It then wasn’t shipped until april 30th. I requested a refund as it was their fault it hadn’t been shipped out and they’d falsely advertised and i wasn’t going to receive the parcel anymore as by the time they would be delivered i would no longer be at the address. they refused to refund it (their site says “easy returns and exchanges”) and asked if i could get my neighbours to collect my parcel?? they were only offering compensation that was for their store. terrible communication, no accountability and false information provided on their site.

Also smelled bad like they had been packaged in boxes for a long long time. Tried to refund AND THEY DONT REFUND IF IT DOESN'T FIT YOU. I spent £60 and will see none of it back and left with 2 awful dresses. Stay away. Do not buy anything from them.
