GBI waited 2 weeks and then said order canceled I waited 2 weeks for a tracking number on a $320 order. Sent email requesting status and the reply was "the payment processor "paypal" canceled" my order/payment. Theyakacom said I could place a new order with the same discount. Waited another 3 days and paypal still has payment as completed and Theyakacom has not replying to my last two emails. This is a terrible company or just a company out to scam people. I opened a paypal claim to get my money back and Theyakacom hasn't replied to paypal. Now waiting until the 15th and paypal will refund money if no reply or shipping status information from Theyakacom. Guess i need to make new arrangements for Christmas gifts

GBNo product and no reimbursement … I ordered a Christmas sweater and finally after me having to contact them, they said my order wasn’t going to ship and they would reimburse me. I haven’t heard from them since and they are not responding to my emails about getting reimbursed.

GBPaid for 5 day expedited shipping Paid for 5 day expedited shipping. After 2 weeks Sent multiple emails to the listed e mail address with no form of helpful response. Finally disputed with PayPal and received MOST but not all of my money back...

GBThey lie about shipping They lie about shipping. 3-5 days shipping means they will try to ship it to you after a long production time. Why would I pay for expedited shipping if something was coming two months late?
