There was a mixup with my original order but they were able to compromise and in the end I ended up with a gorgeous, pre-loved LV. Their rating system is accurate from my experience. Love it!!! My LV agenda arrived in great condition exactly as described. It looks even better than in the pictures! The outer cover, rings and credit card slots are pristine. One flaw on the inner flap of the agenda was disclosed in the pictures and for the condition of the agenda and the fair price I am ESTATIC to have added this to my LV collection.
