GBUnraveled stitching, painful customer service Second verse, sucks more than the first!!! After y’all offered to inconvenience me further, by saying you wanted the bag returned, because that was your preference, I said never mind. After y’all already demanded that’s what y’all wanted in my first call, I made the mistake of wasting more of my time calling again, at your request, only to be told the same thing. Build better stuff, and you won’t have to inconvenience your customers. The green dental floss shows up really well when I show it off; especially, in the YouTube video I made about your customer “service” team. Stitching on the handle was unraveling after first use. I called and asked for some thread to repair it myself; they replied that they wanted me ship it to them for repair, instead of them mailing a few inches of thread. What a waste of time, packing and travel, so I repaired the stitching with dental floss.

GBI truly cannot say enough amazing… I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Rachelle Wise! She responded to my email right away and worked with me to help fix my problem. With her kindness, hard work, and excellent communication she helped me get my order in time to provide the gifts to my bridesmaids. GBCustomer Service Top Notch I have purchased from Jon Hart before, but this year, purchasing everything online has made things more difficult. I recommend if you have questions about leather colors, stamps/monograms and leather quality to call and speak with someone. Their customer service is excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. My overall experience was great thanks to such wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

GBFrom experience I ordered my backpack for school and I am involved in multiple extra curricular’s, which means I’m inside and outside a lot. It doesn’t scratch real easily, they aren’t hard to clean, easy access to everything I need, and very cute!
