I had a problem with where the monogram was located and I sent them a message. They immediately responded and paid for shipping for me to send back the wallet. Great function, bad fit Love this case. Love the versatility and materials. Only complaint is that the actual case is just a hair too small and doesn’t cover all the edges of the phone. Constantly manipulating it to try to get it to fit correctly. Sometimes affects the volume/vibrate controls as well as the lock button.

Prompt attention and good quality I had an issue with original order that keep showing it was in the post office in the original shipped city. After calling Oxa, they order another one of which this time they shipped it via UPS. The quality of leather and workmanship is very good and I am happy purchasing it.
