I was nervous to purchase my wedding… I was nervous to purchase my wedding dress online site unseen. But my dress was PERFECT!! I was more than happy & am still receiving compliments. No one believes I ordered it from an online retailer. Plus the Bridelily customer service was so great!!

Order at your expense…I felt… Order at your expense…I felt defrauded.. the dress I ordered was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… also they did not send appropriate tracking number to track the package .. so the 2nd dress I ordered is still somewhere.. where idk? I contacted customer service and the answered they gave was soo vague.. zero attempt to solve the issue. Which is “where is the dress” and when should I expect it.. never answered and after awhile all correspondence ceased.. I’m sending back the 1 dressed I received expeditiously..

Horrible horrible horrible experience Horrible horrible horrible experience. Dress is 3 sizes too small despite accurate measurements. Told via email complaint to “ have the dress altered “ (not possible) or “donate to someone in need”. ABSOLUTE fraudulent company that should be investigated by the BBB!! DO NOT ORDER FROM this company!!!

love the style I love the style of the dress I ordered. The split is not too high up which is plus for me and it just fits me right. I would recommend Bridelily to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress.
