Needing exact coloring We purchased a pale yellow, mermaid style, special event dress. When we received it, it was a bright canary yellow. With it not being correct we needed to return the dress and did this with minimal effort. Raina was very helpful with assisting in the process. The dress was beautiful and well made, just the wrong color.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; dress took 6-8 weeks to arrive from China, was nothing at all like the photo, and they would refund me after i sent photos as proof. Finally after threatening social media annihilation I got 50% back. The dress is still in our garage in the plastic bag and not even worth donating to charity! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 🤬

Nice dress The dress itself is really beautiful, but I did encounter some issues with the shipping. I paid extra to have it shipped by a specific time, but unfortunately, it didn't get shipped as promised. The seller was attempting to resolve the issue, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference in the end.

When the COVID-19 virus struck, I read horror stories of dresses taking longer than usual to come in for brides across the country. I was amazed that not only was my dress NOT delayed but the dress fit like a glove thanks to the custom measurements! The dress itself was great quality and looked JUST like the picture. Definitely worth taking a chance with Bridelily. Great product, great price, and great service!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE FROM COMPANY IN CHINA They sent a dress that wasn't even close to fitting, that's OK but when I tried to return immediately they refused to honor their own policy and said to take it to a tailor. The Dress couldn't zip in the back, it was 6 inches apart in the opening. A tailor can't fix that and I shouldn't have to do that regardless. They refused to even give back the 15 percent they said. I would never shop here again and they are located in China
