Best cases 👍 They have beautiful design, and extreme quality material. Me as a user of kult cases. I can highly recommend it. I have my case for one year now and it's still protecting my phone on EXTREME level. highly recommended 11/10 quality.

Pleasant Surprise I’ll be honest, at first I was a little bit skeptical. Seeing the ads all over Instagram and Facebook made me think it was another sub-par brand reaching for consumers. However, I was intrigued by the elegant designs. I placed an order, and was delighted when the cases came in. They were of high quality, and looked as expected. However, at checkout I had made a mistake, and chose the wrong kind of case. I contacted customer service, and they were more than happy to assist me, offering a simple solution with no hassle. Dealing with their customer service was the most painless and pleasant experience I have ever had in terms of customer service representation. I will be sure to recommend Kult cases to more people, and I hope they grow to exceed other big name case brands, like OtterBox and Lifeproof.

Either this company is a scam or grossly incompetent, sadly can't reccomend I ordered on the 11th of February and still haven't received anything now in the second week of May. I've sent a few emails asking what's going on and and first got a 'your product was shipped but without tracking, would you like us to send another straight away?' to which I agreed yes, I would. I then sent a follow up email after another few weeks had passed asking what the status was and if there was any tracking available for the second package. I then received another email telling me they had dispatched my order once again and that was on the 31st of March. Still nothing. I'm going to send another email to them telling them that either I get my package by the end of the month or a refund, otherwise I'm taking this to PayPal. I can't recommend this company, either they're just scamming a percentage of their customers and stringing them along or they can't run their own business effectively. Very sad, because their products are quite beautiful and I was looking forward to using them long term.

Most likely a scam.. I ordered two phone cases December 12.. it’s now April 23 and I still haven’t received my items. I emailed them several times. I got some replies but other than that nothing. It’s really disappointing :( honestly if you want to take the risk go of it, but I’d say it’s not worth it. Order number #13748 I’ll definitely change my response to something more accurate whenever I get my items, that I in fact paid for.

As good as they advertise Kult cases are as good as they look in the ads. I was skeptical because ordering online you never know what you'll receive but I love my case. Had to wait a bit longer for shipping than expected but people need to realize that with covid shipping is messy and patience is a virtue. The case itself is well worth the money and if for any reason I need a new one I will be back!
