BEA recommended site to order your cases At the beginning when I placed my order, everything went well. After a few days, I noticed that the status of the track-and-trace didn't get updated. I contacted the customer service for checking this. They said something went wrong with the local post office. So they resent the order and then everything went well. I corresponded a few more times with the customer service and from the beginning they always replied very quickly and took the necessary actions right away

CAAs good as they advertise Kult cases are as good as they look in the ads. I was skeptical because ordering online you never know what you'll receive but I love my case. Had to wait a bit longer for shipping than expected but people need to realize that with covid shipping is messy and patience is a virtue. The case itself is well worth the money and if for any reason I need a new one I will be back!

GBJust ignore my message to email and I… Just ignore my message to email and I have not got any repsonce from them. Feels like the worst customer service I have ever had! #14444 give me information about my order! I am changing the review after receiving items UPDATE! The company told they had problems with manufacturer and refunded the order, they sent it for free, except MacBook case because they ran out of it now as I understood. But overall finally when received I can say they phone case is just AMAZING, AirPods Pro case is good also. I will give this company second chance and order MacBook Air case later

AUEither this company is a scam or grossly incompetent, sadly can't reccomend I ordered on the 11th of February and still haven't received anything now in the second week of May. I've sent a few emails asking what's going on and and first got a 'your product was shipped but without tracking, would you like us to send another straight away?' to which I agreed yes, I would. I then sent a follow up email after another few weeks had passed asking what the status was and if there was any tracking available for the second package. I then received another email telling me they had dispatched my order once again and that was on the 31st of March. Still nothing. I'm going to send another email to them telling them that either I get my package by the end of the month or a refund, otherwise I'm taking this to PayPal. I can't recommend this company, either they're just scamming a percentage of their customers and stringing them along or they can't run their own business effectively. Very sad, because their products are quite beautiful and I was looking forward to using them long term.

AEWill I ever receive my package?( Updated ) My review has changed as I have finally received by package. I have to say the packaging and the cases look very beautiful and they are very sturdy and for that normally I would leave a 5 star review…. But the delivery took a lot longer than the advertised time and only after a long conversation with their support staff( very useful ) I received my cases.
