I have ordered a backpack from dare… I have ordered a backpack from dare factory and I received a damaged package because of the shipping company. I contacted them and they sent me a new product. Top customer service, I totally recommend these guys

The bag is quite nice The bag is quite nice. It's pretty much exactly what I wanted. I did a rather large amount of research. It's been very functional for me. A few thoughts for improvement: cross-chest strap - makes it more comfortable if cycling. Better/larger side pockets for water bottles Otherwise it's really great
