I never received my wallet I never received my wallet. Emailed several times and no response.

Time sensitive/ lack of I emailed pictures of the loop where the strap connects to and they said they would send me a new one well a month went by and nothing showed but so I emailed again and then two weeks later my new purse showed up.

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS IS BACKWARDS While it was easy enough to print the return label, I was annoyed that I had to pay for shipping; moreover was charged for it before my return was processed. If anything, the return shipping cost should just be deducted from the refund. Otherwise, I do like MT West and will continue to be a customer.

They're worth the price I own a few of their purses love the high quality and wear..the packaging is awesome only thing I'd suggest a snap to pull the center zip compartment to one side or I'd like to see it removed for more open space.. BUT I love their purses and get lots of compliments
