I was extremely disappointed with customer service return I was extremely disappointed with starting a return. I was told several times the package was torn and I would only receive 60% refund. When I explained the plastic package was not a zip lock bag but a plastic bag that needed to be torn to open it was said again the bag was torn. I once again asked what zip lock bag are you referring to I received no response but was told to return in the zip lock bag. How do you open a completely sealed bag without tearing the bag to get to what is inside. If you want the product returned back in a sealed bag you should provide a package that opens and closes

Perfect fishing backpack Had my last fishing backpack stolen and needed a new one. Previous one was $150 from Columbia and I didn’t want to spend as much again, so I found the roll top dry backpack for Mier and I couldn’t be happier! Fraction of a competitors price and just as good of quality and might have even better features overall. Would definitely recommend if you need a good backpack that will go fishing with you. Have had it in saltwater plenty times now and no issues.

High quality and functional bag I was looking for a bag that I could use as a multi-purpose bag...one that I could keep all of the my kids' drink and snacks in the bottom (which included keeping drinks upright) AND a top portion that could serve as a diaper bag to carry diapers, wipes and extra clothes for my youngest. This bag fits all of those needs, I love it! The quality is great, fabric seems pretty durable. Lots of pockets and room for other things like your phone or keys.

Delightfully surprised all around I’m a world of lame customer service was unexpectedly surprised and delighted! Ordered a cooler bag, took longer than expected but Bill in customer service took excellent care of me. The bag was from an older model a few years ago so it was a bit different but actually much better! With extra protection padding and more functional pockets… Overall very pleased <3

The tent I purchased was a joke.if I… The tent I purchased was a joke.if I had a baby it might have survived if it could find the exit zipps.but could not for the tent material hanging about its face.then having to crawl around the trekking pole which I supplied.turns out that was the bright spot.used it to hoist the white flag after the zillion guide lines attacked me while going potty.my refund is lost somewhere at a FedEx facility in BFE.
