Ball sits comfortably in its own front pocket, you can carry a change of clothes, shoes, electronics and use the insulated large side pocket for food/drink. There are a lot of handy little pockets throughout. What's more is that you'd think this backpack would be bulky but it's not. There's little difference compared to a medium sized backpack in terms of bulkiness. Very nice!

Terrible Customer Service Terrible Customer Service. I am trying to process a form. Filled out the online form and sent an email and have not received a response. Their phone number on the website is incorrect and there is no one to contact to get this resolved. Unacceptable!

Purchased a tent from Miersports - MISTAKE! Purchased a tent from Miersports (1) Shipped wrapped in pastic from a local address in the states, a residence, not a company (2) Damaged goods. Big tear in the stuff sack, which like the tent, made from inferior strength nylon. (3) Filled out the proper return form, exchanged two emails having to explain everything ALTHOUGH the website states 'returns accepted if not satisfied'. (4) Support USA companies like Six Moons. Skip Taco Bell for a couple weeks and you will have the difference to buy a SUPERIOR product (stronger nylon or better / less weight), REAL company with REAL returns and customer support.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! If I could give this company zero stars I would. I contacted them via email because there is no other way to contact them or at least it’s not listed on the website. I revivef some tracking number that anpparently came from Amazon delivery Amazon tells me the tracking number is not legit. I told them over and over I didn’t receive the package I checked with my neighbors and they do not have the package. When Amazon delivers they always have the driver take a picture. There is no picture of the delivery. Basically I keep getting emails calling me a liar. I would highly recommend you steer clear of this company.!!!
