AUI ordered from this company and payed… I ordered from this company and payed $80 ; it’s in China not USA; got no email receipt thanking me for order or details of purchase and no reply on their help chat screen , which says they respond straight away, tried twice and sent 3 emails with no reply . Hopeless

GBVery impressed—Outstanding Ties Very impressed. The two (2) ties I ordered are made well and looks outstanding. I have received many compliments, as they really compliment my suits and shirts well . They are exactly as advertised both color and fabric wise. I really love the material, as it should be easy to maintain and care for. I won’t hesitate ordering again and highly recommend these products.

GBI returned a tie clip that failed to… I returned a tie clip that failed to work. The company received the return but did not apply a credit to my account. I have attempted to contact Ties.com on several occasions, both by phone and the email contact provided. NO response, and no refund. Customer service does not exist if there is a problem.

GBTERRIBLE customer service The merchandise is of high quality, but they simply refuse to respond to emails. I'm going to see if I can find the contact information for their CEO, Omar Sayyed. I can't believe he'd want his company treating his customers so dismissively.

GBThe tie canopy was supposed to hold the … The tie canopy was supposed to hold the amount of ties that it said it would. When close to its capacity it started bogging down under regular use. I opened it, found out that it needed and tighter rubber band to drive the gears. But if something happens to it this time I will not buy it again.
