I returned a tie clip that failed to… I returned a tie clip that failed to work. The company received the return but did not apply a credit to my account. I have attempted to contact Ties.com on several occasions, both by phone and the email contact provided. NO response, and no refund. Customer service does not exist if there is a problem.

Excellent product, great value! Excellent product. Not only are their items an incredible value, but I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality. These accessories can definitely hold their own with even the most expensive of designer apparel. I will definitely be back for more.

I ordered from this company and payed… I ordered from this company and payed $80 ; it’s in China not USA; got no email receipt thanking me for order or details of purchase and no reply on their help chat screen , which says they respond straight away, tried twice and sent 3 emails with no reply . Hopeless

They will even add in little small trinkets like a bottle opener just for kicks for a nice surprise when you open your box. The website offers great sales, several articles to help with looking sharp, how-to guides on how to tie ties, and much more. These guys do it right.
