Bad experience after bad experience… Bad experience after bad experience with these guys. Contacted support after receiving a bad quality boot (inside some wrongly placed in). No refunds, then radio silence after explaining, no customer service, terms and conditions you do not have to accept but you still are eligible for them. I do not know where the good reviews come from, first time ordering here I had to wait 24 weeks plus for my boots and they having excuses about lost pallet and being locked out of their socials,… eventually got a refund trough PayPal claims. Then they stated hopefully we can make it up one day. I taught maybe I should give the brand another try. It can happen to all of us. However worst mistake I made. Same old same old.

Non existent customer service Previously purchased two pairs of boots that I was very happy with. Unfortunately, customer service has since fallen off a cliff, seven emails sent, not a single acknowledgement received regarding my third order placed in December. I'm beginning to wonder if they are still trading.

These guys are really something else These guys are really something else. Shipping was lightning fast, even during the Black Friday sale. Quality of products is insane and them selling boots that didnt pass quality control at a reduced price to reduce waste is an amazing concept. They keep in touch with their community through socials and always respond very quickly. Will make many more purchases in the future and am looking forward to their clothing as well.

Great quality boots and great customer service Great quality boots. Came with a small leather defect and I contacted them via Instagram. They responded promptly, offering me two options: either to return it for a new pair or get it repaired at their cost, in addition to a S$200 refund. I chose the latter and they very quickly processed my request after I sent them the invoice.

Suede Lorenzo Purchase I purchased a pair of Lorenzo’s and was blown away by the quality. Worn them religiously for around 9 months - on a motorbike and general wear. I had a few questions in regards to the upkeep of suede and the team were quick to respond with an easy to follow plan to keep them in the best condition, even when on my motorbike. I’m overly satisfied with my purchase and have/would recommend FTF to friends and family.
