Recent purchase Received my wig and really pleased it’s really good quality, I haven’t installed it yet but hair feels soft, very pleased will buy again.

I don’t mind paying for quality hair, but for $170.00 the highlights were nothing like the picture the majority of the hair was orange in color and this unit is shedding straight from the box. No care instructions included just wig and hairnet in an unmarked box.

Fake HD Lace This company is refusing to allow me to return this wig. I have escalated the matter to PayPal and they have not responded to PayPal as of yet. Please whomever is reading this know that this company is not loyal and they will request more money only to send you an item you did not ask for. They do not have the real HD lace instead they are passing transparent lace off as HD and charging you more for it. Keep replying back with that hi honey crap send me my damn money!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company lists that they are located in London but are really based in China. Wig looked nothing like it did online, wrong length, was supposed to have been 18” and was 14”, curl pattern didn’t match the picture & I wasn’t convinced that they would refund my money if I made a return. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY In June 2021, I ordered an unwearable lace front unit. The unit was extremely thin, extremely small, and unevenly cut, and looked nothing like the image displayed on their website. I attempted to return the unit the same day it arrived, but it took weeks for the company to send me a return address. I returned the order via USPS as instructed, but have yet to receive my refund. I provided ULwigs with the tracking information and all requested documentation, as well as contacting Paypal's Resolution Center. I even called USPS customs and discovered that the seller had not arrived to collect the package, which had been sitting there since 8/26/21. Needless to say, I have no unit and have not received a refund
