GBJust An Okay Experience The color of the wig is okay, however it is not as described in photos; it is more a reddish color than brown. Also, it sheds but not to the extreme. The hair is a nice texture and density, very natural looking so I won’t be returning it for the color so that I can avoid any further drama with waiting for another one. The shipping process was extremely distasteful, as if I was their first customer. I did receive correspondence each time I inquired, however the problem was the fact that I had to inquire. Regarding the delayed shipping, I was actually given every excuse possible, even the holidays which should not have been a problem at that time or for a business. Even Trustpilot requested my feed back more than once because I should had received the item but I had not. I finally received it after much delay to the date initially promised. I didn’t ask for anything special, I just wanted the item shipped/received as stated and for it to be as described in the photos and then I would have been fine. I kept my end up when they received the payment at the time the order was placed so I expected them to keep their word also because it’s just about business!

TRThank you for being Professional First off I want to say this is a real review. I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and because of this I needed to make sure my package was shipped DHL, because FedEx is extremely unreliable and difficult to receive packages as a foreigner here in Turkey, and I didn’t want any problems getting my package. All I can say is UL Wigs came through.Their customer service is excellent. They quickly responded to all of my emails and were very polite. I received my package without issue and have recommended them to all my friends here in Turkey! Thank you UL wigs for being professional and reliable!

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company lists that they are located in London but are really based in China. Wig looked nothing like it did online, wrong length, was supposed to have been 18” and was 14”, curl pattern didn’t match the picture & I wasn’t convinced that they would refund my money if I made a return. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
