AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY In June 2021, I ordered an unwearable lace front unit. The unit was extremely thin, extremely small, and unevenly cut, and looked nothing like the image displayed on their website. I attempted to return the unit the same day it arrived, but it took weeks for the company to send me a return address. I returned the order via USPS as instructed, but have yet to receive my refund. I provided ULwigs with the tracking information and all requested documentation, as well as contacting Paypal's Resolution Center. I even called USPS customs and discovered that the seller had not arrived to collect the package, which had been sitting there since 8/26/21. Needless to say, I have no unit and have not received a refund

Thank you for being Professional First off I want to say this is a real review. I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and because of this I needed to make sure my package was shipped DHL, because FedEx is extremely unreliable and difficult to receive packages as a foreigner here in Turkey, and I didn’t want any problems getting my package. All I can say is UL Wigs came through.Their customer service is excellent. They quickly responded to all of my emails and were very polite. I received my package without issue and have recommended them to all my friends here in Turkey! Thank you UL wigs for being professional and reliable!
