GBI’m giving Clothing Shop Online zero… I’m giving Clothing Shop Online zero stars for customer service. It’s terrible. They do not stand behind there clothing items. I received a very dirty Comfort Colors crew sweatshirt. I immediately emailed customer service. I tried washing it off. They were not answering calls and did not answer my email for 3 days. I did try and wash the item because my customer needed the shirt. The stains did not come out. Even though I contacted them with pictures within an hour of delivery they will not replace the item. Do not order from them.

GBWorst Customer Service Worst Customer Service. Placed an order for over $5000 for an event, Clothing Company did a mistake in my address causing the order to deliver after our event date. Custom service would not attempt to help and causing our company so much loss. Would not recommend even if it is the only company in the market. Terrible Customer service

GBIt was a good experience dealing with… It was a good experience dealing with Clothing Online. Communication was alittle slow, but it is holiday season and alot of people ordering online. I needed to return, which was no problem. It took alittle while for my refund, but I received it no problem. Yes, I would shop again.
