No refund of £100 order that I did not… No refund of £100 order that I did not receive Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief

Happy customer! Great selection, reasonable prices and fast shipping. This is the best website I have found for stylish, comfortable and affordable basics plus the shipping is really fast. Each time I have placed an order the package went out the same day and I have received my purchases within a week, even with the country's shipping delays. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Prompt, fair shipping costs, great prices Clothing Shop is always prompt, the prices are excellent, shipping is VERY reasonable, and we've generally been thrilled with the service. The only reason that the review is not a full 5-stars is that in my most recent order, one garment was dirty - though not permanently stained. The value of the item was ~$9. I contacted customer service inquiring about a refund, or a simple replacement garment. However CS's solution was to ship the dirty garment back, and then send a replacement. That seems like a tremendous amount of shipping cost and carbon footprint for a $9 item. Ultimately, I just washed the crewneck, and moved on. I will continue to order regularly, but this solution simply struck me as odd.
