Please don’t buy from this company Please please don’t fall into this trap and save your $$$. I ordered a bag from them and I received a completely different product from what was shown in the pictures and really really poor quality. It was supposed to have a metal chain but instead came with a poor quality leather strap. I contacted their customer service regarding refund they said they would send me a chain strap instead. Although, the whole bag looked different but I kind of accepted the offer of receiving a chain strap. However, I have not received anything as of now. Emailed them again and had no response. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I think it’s time to expose these scammers. Please save your money and spend somewhere legit.

Zero customer service As others have indicated, this seems to be a pretty shoddy operation. Customer service emails bounce back; no invoice or return label packed with the item. You will never be able to get your money back if you’re not happy.
