DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! I bought a bag from them and when I received it over a month after purchasing . It looked nothing like the photo ! It was a complete different colour , it had missing parts on it from what they showed on the photo. The handle was way too long for the bag and when I clipped it in it was hanging down and looked stupid . I’ve emailed the company for a refund and they will not reply to me .

Zero customer service As others have indicated, this seems to be a pretty shoddy operation. Customer service emails bounce back; no invoice or return label packed with the item. You will never be able to get your money back if you’re not happy.

Company cancelled my order First time ordering, got my confirmation email thanking me for order, then received second email saying my order has been cancelled as there isnt enough stock! Why accept my order in the first place. Wasn't happy wouldnt order from them again
