Buyer beware Buyer beware, this website might be a scam. The customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. I recently purchased sunglasses. My card was charged but I didn't receive a confirmation email. The very next day, I randomly got an email stating that my order was refunded, however there is no indication of a pending or processed refund with my bank. I emailed customer service to notify them and this was the exact rude response when I asked them why my return was refunded: "I don’t know, I have not done any refunds lately. You must have done it." They didn't even have the decency to address me by name or close the email. I asked for a confirmation that my order would be properly processed shipped and I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Now I'm terrified that I've been scammed.

They had a discontinued set of frames… They had a discontinued set of frames in stock that I had been searching for everywhere so I could repair an original pair I loved. The price was great and they arrived in two days -- in time for my vacation. Perfect.
