I didn't receive items I ordered an item on Nov. 8th and today is Nov. 15 I didn't get delivered and anything still. I just got a confirmation email for my order, and now they are sending me a message about how's my experience. Where is my eyeglass? And when are you going to send it to me? I'm so mad about this situation

Buyer beware Buyer beware, this website might be a scam. The customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. I recently purchased sunglasses. My card was charged but I didn't receive a confirmation email. The very next day, I randomly got an email stating that my order was refunded, however there is no indication of a pending or processed refund with my bank. I emailed customer service to notify them and this was the exact rude response when I asked them why my return was refunded: "I don’t know, I have not done any refunds lately. You must have done it." They didn't even have the decency to address me by name or close the email. I asked for a confirmation that my order would be properly processed shipped and I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Now I'm terrified that I've been scammed.
