Dissapointed I placed it order and paid for priority shipping on Sunday so that I could get my Halloween costume for tomorrow. Your website says it takes 2 days to process orders but I still haven't gotten an email saying my order has shipped. I'm extremely dissapointed. I even emailed support and no one got back to me and I've called multiple times and no one is answering. My order # is 112552572.

No responses! No help! I’ve sent them email, and they sent an automatic response email saying something about their warehouse is moving and also called these ppl a million times no response. I am going do a dispute with my bank especially after reading these reviews and not getting any responses back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There’s a reason for these sale prices. I love the selection and have a friend… I love the selection and have a friend who sent me here, so I knew they were legit. However, after I ordered, for some reason I cannot sign into my account. It told me my password was wrong so I attempted to reset it. After trying twice, I did not get a reset email. Also, when I did try to sign in and it rejected my information, it kept taking me to a blank white page that just says forbidden. I just want to be able to access the site to check on my order and order more stuff? Can you help me figure out this issue?

Terrible company! Terrible company!! I placed a huge order and when my shipment arrived( took longer than a month) it was half of the items. I emailed the company about it and they said it was all shipped together. I disputed with my bank and the end result was that there was nothing I can do. Lost $200. Never purchasing from this company ever again.
