GBOrder did not ship for 16 days... Placed an order on Monday, October 4, 2021. Today is Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Still have not received notification that the order has shipped. Order #112584933. Update: I disputed the charge with my credit card company on October 25, 2021, and a few hours later AmiClubwear sent me a USPS tracking number. Coincidence? May 2022 edit: I did receive my order weeks afterward. I had to include this because the company believes the facts above include "content which goes against Trustpilot's guidelines." I'm simply telling exactly what happened.

GBDissapointed I placed it order and paid for priority shipping on Sunday so that I could get my Halloween costume for tomorrow. Your website says it takes 2 days to process orders but I still haven't gotten an email saying my order has shipped. I'm extremely dissapointed. I even emailed support and no one got back to me and I've called multiple times and no one is answering. My order # is 112552572.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE/ THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS Order #112552325 WOW! This is ridiculous. ABSOLUTE worst customer service. You are ignoring your customers. How is this even legal and who does this? You don't answer phones or emails. But you're receiving end works in taking people's money upfront.

GBTerrible company! Terrible company!! I placed a huge order and when my shipment arrived( took longer than a month) it was half of the items. I emailed the company about it and they said it was all shipped together. I disputed with my bank and the end result was that there was nothing I can do. Lost $200. Never purchasing from this company ever again.
