I am still waiting for delivery and what is more concerning is that their website does not seem to work.

Only 10 days! I am afraid that it would take many days to arrive at beginning like some of people, but fortunately, my parcel arrived within 10 days, thanks god! Maybe CloudMall has improve their service. I will recommend to my friends and order again! :)

Ordered 3 items on 17/10/2019 arrived… Ordered 3 items on 17/10/2019 arrived after nearly a month.I tried to contact numerous times on messenger and just got automated responses. Items arrived nothing like description, poor quality and really small fitting. Emailed to return told to send pictures of label if sizing wrong, no labels. Still trying to get information to return and receive refund. With regard to the below reply I have now received a refund so thank you

Cheap, nasty, poor quality and resembles a thin bed jacket rather than the thick faux fur jacket that was pictured. Communication from them is not existent !!! Save your money and stay away from these SCAMMERS !!!!
