GBNot friendly service for returns/exchanges-bent sunglasses Sunglasses shipped were bent. Customer service says available 24 7. Not true. Goes to answering machine. Someone got back to me two days later named [name]. Says I'm responsible for all shipping, handling and restocking fees in all caps! Not my fault. Disputing charge on card. [name] says he inspects all sunglasses, but then says they're shipped directly from oakley factory. Can't inspect if they are shipped directly. Can you? Disputing charge on credit card...won't return emails. Do not do business with this guy! No 800 numbers or anything. Very sketchy.

GBCompletely Unacceptable Customer service This company should not be trusted nor should you give them your business. After attempting to return a pair of sunglasses that I received as a gift I received no response from the seller. After a month of phone calls and emails attempting to make the return/exchange someone finally responded. They were very rude and accused me of trying to cheat them. I have never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. Do yourself a favor and do not give your business to this company.

GBMisleading advertising and NO customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses from SpecsTime and I was charged shipping even though the website clearly states free shipping on orders over $99. I have called, texted and emailed multiple times over the last few weeks and I have yet to receive a response. I would not choose to do business with SpecsTime in the future.

GBAwful!! I reiterate what everyone else has said. Transaction took weeks to post. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to cancel. Sent them several emails and never received a response. I ultimately disputed the charge with Amex. Terrible, terrible company.
