Great members and love the concept! I’ve met so many amazing women and formed some great business partnerships. I love the virtual offerings. I was really disappointed hearing about the behavior of someone on the leadership team. This organization is celebrating women and stands for lifting them up, instead of cutting them down based on physical attributes or because they do not fit that person’s ideal of what is “cool.” Every time I see that person’s name come up in the Google groups, I cringe. I just hate the idea of my money going to support something I can’t stand for. :/

Great for hiring and connecting with high-caliber working moms I’ve connected with great potential hires through HeyMama and have benefited from the programming! It’s a very thoughtful community. As a fellow community builder I know how much love, blood, tears and sweat goes into this, and have been really impressed with the team. I’d say HeyMama is really fantastic if you’re looking for a relatively large (vs niche) community, although, they do offer many opportunities to connect based on shared backgrounds and interests.

HAYVN Coworking - LOVED collaborating with HeyMama HeyMama recently hosted a fun dynamic networking event at HAYVN Coworking. Seeing HeyMama and specifically Penny Goffman, Head of Community, in action was uplifting. Penny works hard to foster a real sense of community and peer support amongst members during HeyMama events. She clearly articulated the values of the community, gave members plenty of space to share their story and express their needs and facilitated members supporting each other. HAYVN loved collaborating with HeyMama and we look forward to the next event together. Thoroughly recommend HeyMama to all working mom's out there!

Sneaky membership renewal practice.. They renewed my membership (after a year) with absolutely zero emails stating "your membership is renewing!" or notice. When I am renewing others' charges, they get a notice saying they'll be charged and when. Especially after a year, a warning is a business practice that tells your customers you stand by your product and don't have to sneak a $350 charge that they don't remember. Then, when I asked for a refund, they refunded all but $75. Why keep the $75? And no one responded to my email.

3 Years with HM HeyMama has been such a haven of support for me. Not only is it an incredibly powerful network of really freakin' impressive professionals but it's also a community of incredible parents struggling and thriving in the same ways that I have. I've never been in a group so committed to self-improvement and uplifting others at the same time. I was able to do a full 180 career pivot thanks to the connections made within HeyMama and I am forever grateful for that!
