IEBe careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed đ¤

CAIâm sick to my stomach Iâm sick to my stomach. I ordered from born pretty before, and despite the horrendously slow shipping, itâs been good. But I placed an order in APRIL, and it never showed, opened a ticket, they said theyâd resend the order (a month ago), still nothing, and now their site âdoesnât existâ...... I spent $50 and now I canât even dispute a refund cause thereâs no way to contact them.. LIVID!!!!!!!! **Update: the site is now back online, so thatâs a relief.. perhaps I panicked too soon. Still hoping to receive my order within the next couple weeks. *fingers crossed

GBFrustrated My daughter in law wanted a product. "Free shipping worldwide" Went thru' ordering process.$40 shipping for a $10 product! Our sister in U.S. tried. Site atrocious and she gave up after many tries at buying product. Disappointed daughter in law. Hacked off family in UK AND US.

CAScammed out of my money! I highly suggest that no one spends their hard-earned money on this website. I feel ridiculous... I read the reviews and saw how many people were ripped off, but I bought some things because they were super cheap compared to other websites. Anyways, they shipped no earlier than 2 weeks later (24 hour shipping is a lie). And my package NEVER ARRIVED. It has been over 3 MONTHS LATER.... when replying to my complaint, they just ask me to wait longer. They don't offer refunds or ship missing items. To sum up... ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE MORE RELIABLE, OR YOU COULD END UP GETTING NOTHING IN THE END

GBTheir holographic stamping nail polish is causing women's nails to lift up off their nail beds. Their holographic stamping nail polish is dangerous. A bunch of women are starting to come forward saying that the holographic stamping nail polish from Born Pretty is causing their nails to lift up off of their nail beds. This is extremely dangerous and should not be allowed to be sold. When one woman contacted Born Pretty asking them for a list of what was in the polish they did a wink emoji and said it was top secret. It is scary that they are taking this so lightly. Lots of women are having issues with this polish it needs to be banned.
