GBhorrible quality horrible quality. bad zippers, plastic table/shelf on handle looks like a weak child could break it on accident. Not much perk beyond it folding up small to store before you take it out on it's first trip, where I expect it would likely fall apart before you make it home. When attempting to return after seeing the poor build quality we discovered they require you pay for your own shipping to send it back. Kind of a shady business tactic that only proved they don't care much for quality or customer experience. Their priority is making money and keeping it. They bank on the fact you wont be willing to pay to ship it back. Not a fan at all. Do not buy this product.

GBReally disappointing bag with too many issues I received this as a gift and knew about the company from its Kickstarter days. I wanted to like the luggage, but it is a really big disappointment. Here are primary issues: 1. The bag just doesn't have much usable space - the large handle and battery pack both take a lot of space up inside. The bag fits considerably less than my other 2 rollaboards. 2. The tray is useless - first, it is way too difficult to unzip and get out of the handle and once you do, it is so small, I could not imagine actually putting a laptop on it. Total gimmick. 3. Overall cheap build that makes me wonder how long it will last., Zippers, interior clasps, handle... The idea of "smart luggage" is interesting, but save your money and go get something else. You can get a good quality bag for half this cost and add on a portable battery - you will have the same functionality with more space and better longevity.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Will not reply after 4 emails to try and get zipper fixed. 3 weeks and counting. Bags will break, it is my expectations that someone has customer service to facilitate their 5 year warranty.

GBmore disappointing than my ex-wife I purchased two of these during the funding phase, one for me and one for my father who travels a lot. We waited almost 8 months to get them, after most of my annual travel was done. My father got his finally and I mine and they sat for sometime as neither of us was traveling. Finally i had a chance and I took it on a day trip from Denver to LA where I flew out and back the same day, and i was not impressed with a lot of the features I was promised The handle is very annoying to use, having to push the button to swivel it doesn't function the same as was originally advertised, usually i'm constantly holding the button to get it to swivel and roll behind me comfortably but then my thumb hurts after awhile, and the button itself is tricky to operate sometimes, my wife could never figure it out. and unless you know the magic tap, the handle is almost impossible to put down. The bag is constantly catching on its side or Tipping i'd lend due to the center of gravity and the pivot point and the short prop on the bottom, the wheels feel cheap and tons of friction on the axle not the way I'd expect a 'luxury' bag to feel. the velcro over the 'charging port' always catches when sliding the bag in and out of the trunk or over head compartments not to mention how unsightly that is on the side. And the 'collapsible' nature of the bag which was the main selling point is a joke compared to what was originally promised, I think it collapses an additional 2 inches? The tabs that lock it in place are cheap and constantly come out when I'm trying to put it together or disassemble it. And as easily as they pop out and how integral they are to the function of the bag, if you loose one, you now have a worthless lump of fabric, can't even function as a paper weight. I finally had a chance to use it when I traveled for my wedding across country and immediately from there to my honeymoon out of the US. This was very disappointing. After pulling it out of its bag, I pulled the slot open to charge the battery pack.. and the whole unit fell out as soon as i undid the velcro, you can see where it was just GLUED to the inside, and the glue wasn't holding it anymore, so that feature because useless and I ended up just stuffing the battery pack in my backpack next to the other charger I bought at Bestbuy for 20$. Then After traveling across country we were repacking to fly out of country and one of the zippers broke. The zippers themselves feel cheep and flimsy constantly catching as you zip them, i've had better zippers on McDonalds toys. I have luggage of the same size that I paid a fraction of the price for this that hold up better, have similar features and out perform this. all the neat features you can easily add, battery pack, scale, tracker.. etc. at probably a fraction of the price, non of these are 'integrated' as was originally promised. I won't even get started on the 'laptop tray' which is just a pure joke.. that is neither convenient or functional, the zipper hold it in is a constant fight.. the tray looks like some scrap plastic laying around from the shop floor, and the integrity of it is questionable. stay away from this product. i'm currently trying to get intouch with customer service/support but enough reviews have made me less than hopeful.

HUNot durable I bought this bag in its Kickstarter days. Lots to like -- handle, wheels, collapsability. Unfortunately the bag is not durable. I used my first bag on a trip overseas, always put it in the overhead compartment, handled it as one would a carry-on. By the time I returned home the fabric at the lower part of the zipper was frayed to the point of splitting from the fabric. Assuming the damage was a fluke I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a second bag. I used the second bag on an overseas trip and again, treated it as one would treat a carry-on. Same wear pattern, same place, after only one use. There is a lot to like about the bag but the angle of the zipper at the bottom end of the bag simply invites excess wear.
