GBNot as good as expected 1. Overall too heavy 2. Zipper is not very smooth. 3. Bag tilts forward when fully loaded 4. Zipper design of the handle is poor. Difficult to re-zip. Look cheap too. 5. Difficult to unlock the round handle to change angle.

GBHigh Price for Terrible Quality I fell for the reviews of this product on its own website like I'm sure many others did. It looked like the coolest new suitcase to hit the market with all the extra features (the collapsibility was what really sold me because I live in a small house and saving that room was huge). It turns out, they must only post the best reviews they select on their website from sponsors of theirs, because as you can see by the reviews on here and on Amazon, it does not live up to the hype. I don't enjoy when companies are dishonest like this first of all. To add; My zipper has already separated from the fabric in two parts so I don't expect it to last much longer. The zipper also has peeled apart in one spot and will not zip correctly anymore. The balance of the suitcase is terrible and if you load it with a normal weekend pack, it will constantly fall over forward. I found the extra features like the battery pack and the tray table useless because the plastic is so cheap and fitted so tightly that you can barely even get into these compartments unless you use a knife or something to that effect. It also is much smaller than other carryons that I have had. Overall please just save your money and skip the disappointment, I felt enough of it for everyone else!

GBAs promised! I am very happy with my Barracuda! It meets almost all of my expectations. The tracking unit could have been explained better before placing an order. Learning the limitations, I may rely on another product. Otherwise it is beautiful. I do hope it will hold up with extended use.

GBmore disappointing than my ex-wife I purchased two of these during the funding phase, one for me and one for my father who travels a lot. We waited almost 8 months to get them, after most of my annual travel was done. My father got his finally and I mine and they sat for sometime as neither of us was traveling. Finally i had a chance and I took it on a day trip from Denver to LA where I flew out and back the same day, and i was not impressed with a lot of the features I was promised The handle is very annoying to use, having to push the button to swivel it doesn't function the same as was originally advertised, usually i'm constantly holding the button to get it to swivel and roll behind me comfortably but then my thumb hurts after awhile, and the button itself is tricky to operate sometimes, my wife could never figure it out. and unless you know the magic tap, the handle is almost impossible to put down. The bag is constantly catching on its side or Tipping i'd lend due to the center of gravity and the pivot point and the short prop on the bottom, the wheels feel cheap and tons of friction on the axle not the way I'd expect a 'luxury' bag to feel. the velcro over the 'charging port' always catches when sliding the bag in and out of the trunk or over head compartments not to mention how unsightly that is on the side. And the 'collapsible' nature of the bag which was the main selling point is a joke compared to what was originally promised, I think it collapses an additional 2 inches? The tabs that lock it in place are cheap and constantly come out when I'm trying to put it together or disassemble it. And as easily as they pop out and how integral they are to the function of the bag, if you loose one, you now have a worthless lump of fabric, can't even function as a paper weight. I finally had a chance to use it when I traveled for my wedding across country and immediately from there to my honeymoon out of the US. This was very disappointing. After pulling it out of its bag, I pulled the slot open to charge the battery pack.. and the whole unit fell out as soon as i undid the velcro, you can see where it was just GLUED to the inside, and the glue wasn't holding it anymore, so that feature because useless and I ended up just stuffing the battery pack in my backpack next to the other charger I bought at Bestbuy for 20$. Then After traveling across country we were repacking to fly out of country and one of the zippers broke. The zippers themselves feel cheep and flimsy constantly catching as you zip them, i've had better zippers on McDonalds toys. I have luggage of the same size that I paid a fraction of the price for this that hold up better, have similar features and out perform this. all the neat features you can easily add, battery pack, scale, tracker.. etc. at probably a fraction of the price, non of these are 'integrated' as was originally promised. I won't even get started on the 'laptop tray' which is just a pure joke.. that is neither convenient or functional, the zipper hold it in is a constant fight.. the tray looks like some scrap plastic laying around from the shop floor, and the integrity of it is questionable. stay away from this product. i'm currently trying to get intouch with customer service/support but enough reviews have made me less than hopeful.

GBBeautifully Innovative I love my Barracuda! I've already used it to Florida. The swivel handle is comfortable and easy to twist while walking. The pull out tray is my favorite feature. Waiting at the gate, I am constantly on my laptop- social media, watching movies, planning itineraries, etc. and having it propped up instead of on my lap takes stress of my neck and shoulders, and weight and heat off my legs. I like standing out with a style that is unique- the blue color really pops, and the design is sleek and unique.
