Storms and Buckleys I got the Storms and Buckleys and they're awesome sunglasses. The wooden arms are very comfortable and are nice and smooth so they don't have splinters. I will say though, that I expected the Storms to have more of a mirror finish to the lenses since my eyes are still pretty visible when you put them on. The pictures on the site made them look completely mirror from the front, just something to keep in mind. Buckleys are great and would hope to get more color options in the future. Canadian buyers be aware, there is a customs fee that you will have to pay at your door. Overall great experience shopping here and would recommend to others.

Awesome and user friendly website Awesome and user friendly website. Haven't received my glasses yet, however I had the opportunity to view and try them on at a vendor booth. I can't wait!

Great glasses! After wearing these glasses for a few days they are definitely the best ones I have bought. They are not flimsy and they have a great style.

Horrible customer service On 9/12/22, inspired by a $10 off coupon, I ordered two pairs of Colorado glasses: the Fiestas (beautiful frames!) and Garden of the Gods (in size small). CO Glasses applied the $10 coupon as $5 off each pair, not off the entire order despite the terms of the offer. Hmm...OK. On 9/14, upon receipt of my order, I received the regular-size Garden of the Gods frames in error...plus very poor and (as of today) non-existent customer service. I am now disputing $70.53 of the transaction with my credit card company. Moreover, when people compliment me on my Fiestas, I tell them never to buy from CO Glasses. Here’s the rundown in hopes that CO Glasses’ new CEO, Steph Stallings, will make this right: On 9/14, I contacted CO Glasses about the receiving the incorrect size and requested (1) a shipping label to return them at the merchant's expense and (2) that my $10 coupon be applied to the Fiestas as a result. I received an autoreply, which suggested I resubmit my request if a response is not issued in 3 business days. On 9/19, I resubmitted my inquiry after not receiving a response. On 9/20, Steph Stallings with Customer Service replied, offering to ship me the correct size frames and to keep the regular size frames as a gift for someone else. No dice, sister. Also on 9/20, I replied, restating my initial request: send me a return label and apply the $10 off coupon to the Fiestas. Crickets. And then more crickets. On 9/27, I followed up again for the return label. On 9/28, Steph finally sent it. On 10/8, I returned the glasses using the label from the merchant. On 10/11, per USPS tracking # 9302010899600024568239, the glasses were received. From 10/11-11/20, I waited for CO Glasses to issue a refund in the amount of $70.53 (for the Garden of the Gods Glasses + tax and the full $10 off the Fiestas). No refund. On 11/21, I emailed to follow up on the status of my refund. On 11/25, I emailed to follow up on the status of my refund. On 12/1, I emailed to follow up on the status of my refund. On 12/9, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and a purchase adjustment or credit in the amount of $70.53 was issued. My credit card company alerted CO Glasses of the adjustment. On 1/5, CO Glasses stated that the amount charged to my card was correct. On 1/5, my credit card company voided the purchase adjustment and re-charged me $70.53. On 1/10, I submitted the entire email thread and USPS tracking information to my credit card company asking for the refund. Again. On 1/11, I remained hopeful that this situation will be resolved because, despite my desire to support a local business, CO Glasses doesn’t support their customers. On 1/13, I followed up via Facebook Messenger for an email confirmation of my refund to no avail. I then contacted former CEO Jeremiah Prummer via LinkedIn and received immediate action and an offer to reach out to Steph Stallings to rectify the situation. I am hoping Jeremiah will help me settle this.
