GBCustomer service needs a serious overhaul I'm experiencing the same issue as the reviewer directly below-I can't get a response from anyone! I ordered two pairs of glasses (one for myself and one as a gift) back in November 2018. A few weeks into wearing my new glasses, the pin holding the lens into the frame in my pair popped out. It's been well over two weeks and I still have no reply from anyone at the company after multiple emails looking for an update on a replacement pair I was informed would be sent to me over a month ago. Going dark is not good business...

GBI won a pair in a giveaway they were… I won a pair in a giveaway they were hosting and they ended up canceling my order and giving the prize to someone else. Simply because they didn’t like who the other host chose as a winner.
