Well I’m trying to write at least one… Well I’m trying to write at least one thing positive . I believe the hair quality is good. Here is the thing, the moment I opened the package up until finish installing the hair on my head it took me hours because when they bleach the knot it bleeds thru and the root of the hair above 2 inches was completely blond . I’ve never seen such thing in wig experience. Very unprofessional. I had to dye the hair black. The hair shades until now. I’ve No idea how they have got all the good reviews. All I know is The hair they sent me is waste. I had to bring it to live. Why would I pay over $239 (it’s on sale) and spend all day fixing their mistake? I’m very very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Dont waste your money please! I agree with the comments below. The wig took at least a month before they sent it out.. and they only sent it out when I chased them! And then when it came it was not the wig I ordered! I ordered a HD lace and I received a normal swiss lace frontal. Dont waste your money please!

Do not order anything from this bogus… Do not order anything from this bogus company! I ordered a wig that cost over $327.20 after discount! Placed order on November 2nd. This wig was for my baby girls 21st birthday on December 20th! Never received a tracking number! Communicated for weeks and was LIED TO OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! Took my money and had my baby crying for her birthday! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND WIG ENCOUNTER TO ANYONE!!!

THEY SCAM PEOPLE THEY SCAM PEOPLE! and they dont care! I cancelled my Order and they said it would be refunded, But they lie and I haven’t gotten my money so I’be paid 407,9USD for nothing its absolutely heartbreaking

Okey literally it has been a month Okey literally it has been a month, I didn’t get the hair because “the shipper asked for the item back” I contacted them multiple times they replied for the first once but when it came to this issues and me asking to process a refund or to get the hair back they completely ignored it. Literally SCAMMERS. I am not gonna stop emailing them or going on social media until I get my money back.
