I ORDERED A WIG AND WAITED FOR ABOUT 3… I ORDERED A WIG AND WAITED FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE RECEIVING IT. I SAW THE WIG ON YOUTUBE AND THE WIG WAS RECOMMENDED BY ASHLEY BEDECK. I CLICKED ON THE LINK & PURCHASED AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT, IT WAS NOT THE SAME HAIR OR THE SAME UNIT. THE CURLS WERE VERY VERY POOR AND UNDEFINED. IT WAS PUFFY AND A MESS. I WILL NOT NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. PLEASE PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER WIG COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Buyers Beware - Bald wigs! I wish that I had checked this website before buying from this company which was not advertised as a Chinese enterprise. The quality of the wig was so poor there were literally bald and thinning patches when I received it! I immediately requested a refund and showed pictures that the lace was unaltered and the patches on the wig. I was told to try and "restyle" it, also the cost to return the wig is so exorbitant to China that I'm basically stuck with a bald wig sucked in by a YouTube influencer - Mercy Gono - endorses, needless to say she is cancelled! Buyers Beware!! I would give a zero because a 1 is not even worth it :(

Biggest scam I bought a wig after seeing a YouTube review. The wig took over three months to get to the UK. And when I tracked it , it said out for delivery but never came to my address. Royal mail stated the person was not at the address stated therefore returned it back to sender. The agents tried to send a message to indicate the fight address but to no avail. I wrote to Catherine who kept directing me back to royal mail. I have asked for a refund or a wig posted to the right address but no replies. They are scamners I can see the pattern in other reviews. Please don't waste your money.

Scammers This company is a scammer. The wig I saw on YouTube is not the wig I received. My wig if balding and has a receding hairline. Buyer beware they are a dishonest company.

Okey literally it has been a month Okey literally it has been a month, I didn’t get the hair because “the shipper asked for the item back” I contacted them multiple times they replied for the first once but when it came to this issues and me asking to process a refund or to get the hair back they completely ignored it. Literally SCAMMERS. I am not gonna stop emailing them or going on social media until I get my money back.
