First, how they offer a 15% off on your initial purchase. Nope!!! They don't even honor that if it is a sale item. Every single coupon is a joke!!! In this day of high competition in the internet shopping world, I wonder how ANYONE would ever want to shop Chadwicks. Shame on you for extremely poor customer service.

This company doesn't honor their… This company doesn't honor their merchandise credit even when it states: Has NO expiration date. Can be used on ANY future purchase. NOT TRUE! Customer Service is terrible. Will route you to customer service repeatedly as if you are being sent to someone who can help, then play dumb as if they do not know what they are doing. SAVE TIME, $$$, AND AGGRAVATION SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

What happened? I used to shop by catalog at Chadwicks and thought I would revisit the site after all these years. I thought they would still be fashionable and up to date and how mistaken I was! I am so disappointed, Montgomery Wards in the 80's had more up-to-date fashions. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Please consider a better fashion buyer!

Got ripped out by this company years… Got ripped out by this company years ago for over $150 worth of merchandise I paid for but never received. Fumbled upon the company again while searching for tall clothing. Read the reviews and see they are still ripping people off. Believe the reviews people. It's should be illegal for them to still be conducting business. Be aware! Don't, no matter how attractive their merchandise might be. They will take your money and send you nothing or a something you don't want.

Customers Beware Two Chadwicks representatives lied to me about my shipping refund that supposed to have been processed. Also the top I ordered was not the same color as shown on the site, false advertising. Talked to a representative on 04-30-24, she said it would cost 10.19 to return. The top cost 18+, I don't see how this company will grow with all the bad reviews.
