GBChadwicks refund wasn't even the total of merchandise ordered I placed an order with Chadwicks. When I received the order I requested an exchange for a different size. I never heard back over a month. Called them and was told I'd received a refund instead. Just found out that the refund doesn't even cover the cost of the merchandise. I received $7.00 less than the merchandise cost. All total, (taxes, shipping and handling, plus the extra $7.00 they didn't refund) I lost almost $20.00. I don't have the product and I'm out $20.00. Very poor customer service. I'll never order from Chadwicks or any of their affiliated companies again.

GBNo email confirmation of my phone order… No email confirmation of my phone order over 1 week ago. A month ago I received their most recent catalog, tried to order online, got “ the website is being improved” message. I then called the number on the site to phone in my order. The sales person took my order, payment & signed me up for the “VIP” program. No email confirmation. I think I got scammed. Do not do business with this company!!

GBCustomer service stinks! If you order from them, you'd better be sure you know what you're getting because the return policy is awful so you're just plain out of luck if you get something and find it has an odd fit like I did. (Almost to the point of defective but that didn't matter to them). I'm used to Lands End who has the most liberal return policy I've ever seen. Their policy is simply "Guaranteed, Period". Going from Lands End to this lousy service is a huge mistake!!

GBPoor products & worse service Poor products & worse service - wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Bought 3 items and paid really high shipping. 1 of the items was defective. I ended up returning all 3. Even though they cover return shipping on defective items, they still made me pay for return shipping "because the other 2 items are fine." Haha what? They would've had to cover the return shipping anyway, but they clearly don't care about how they treat customers. Plus their products are frumpy, high priced, low quality. Never again.

GBChadwicks has the absolute WORST… Chadwicks has the absolute WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. They talk over you. They are the rudest customer service representative. Most of them you cannot even understand. Took me 30 minutes being transferred 3 times before I got to the correct representative then had to wait again to speak with a manager. I will never to business again with this company.
