I placed an order on May 2 I placed an order on May 2, 2023... It is now June 20, 2023 (51 days later) and no product in hand. To say I'm still waiting would be a joke. They responded to a couple of emails that I inquired about my order. After that, they've cut off all communications. Facebook should be held accountable for allowing these @#$! to advertise on their domain. My bank tells me it could take up to 3 months to complete an investigation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Never buy from this site! This company should not be allowed to trade under any circumstance. Not only are they pretending to be a company based in US, they do not follow what are standard policies in the e-commerce market. Following this pretence, they will offer you a fraction of the price as compensation in a hope to retain the majority of your money. This is clearly their operation. Sell and ship hats poorly made, offer you approximately 10% of the price and keep the rest. If you take out a PayPal dispute against them, they will offer you more compensation but will tell you that they can not refund you whilst a PayPal dispute is open. PLEASE DO NOTE CLOSE YOUR DISPUTE! This fraudulent needs to shut down asap.

WORST online shopping experience ever This is the WORST possible online shopping experience I have EVER had. Not only did the hat take over a month to arrive after my order was placed, but it looked NOTHING like the photo as advertised and arrived damaged beyond repair. Made with the utmost cheapest materials in a factory in China. Massive avoid!

I ordered and paid for VIP shipment... but no I ordered and paid for VIP shipment. This extra payment should have provided for faster shipping and at the most 18 working days. They seem not to have many working days because 45 days later still received nothing. Not even a shipping confirmation so am afraid this is going to be a very bad experience.... Will keep this updated if I receive hats. Hope quality will be better than VIP service that was promised.

Be aware!!! Can't be trusted Be aware!!!! This company can't be trusted. You think you're going to buy from a USA company but payments will go to China, and this is not declared on their website. You'll never get an order number or an order tracking number, neither an order confirmation's Email. When you contact the customer service there is a bot answering with a repetitive set of answers. No phone number to call. Put all things together and you have a clear view of a looking like fraudulent company.
